• Residential address in Indonesia
• Preferred username and secure password

You agree to maintain only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

pick4d is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Payment method verification (bank account statement, e-wallet screenshot, credit card photo)
• Selfie photograph holding your ID document

Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and stored securely using industry-standard encryption.

Any wagers placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested through your account will be deemed valid and binding.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pick4d supports deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 IDR. There is no maximum deposit limit for bank transfers, though individual e-wallet providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 2 minutes during business hours and up to 15 minutes outside regular banking hours.

5.3 Payment Source Verification

You warrant that all funds deposited into your pick4d account:

• Originate from a legitimate source and are not derived from criminal activity.
• Are deposited from a payment method registered in your own name (third-party deposits are strictly prohibited).
• Are your own property and are not subject to any legal claims or encumbrances.

pick4d reserves the right to refuse deposits from unverified payment sources or to request additional documentation proving ownership and legitimacy of funds.

6. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

6.1 Withdrawal Request Process

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your account at any time by submitting a withdrawal request through your account dashboard. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, and the account must be in your legal name.

6.2 Processing Times and Fees

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Bank Transfers: 5 minutes during business hours (08:00 - 17:00 WIB, Monday to Friday); next business day for requests outside these hours.
• E-Wallets: Typically instant to 30 minutes.

pick4d does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

6.3 Withdrawal Restrictions and Verification

Withdrawals may be subject to additional verification if:

• Your account has not completed KYC identity verification.
• The withdrawal amount exceeds Rp 50,000,000 IDR in a single transaction.
• Suspicious activity or potential fraud is detected on your account.
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

While pick4d strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, bugs, or technical issues. To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, pick4d, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if pick4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account within the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pick4d is licensed and regulated, without regard to conflict of law principles. For Indonesian residents, local consumer protection laws may also apply to the extent they do not conflict with these terms.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian Arbitration Board (BANI) or an equivalent recognized arbitration body.
